TNC is a local extension of our distance coaching program, Eating For Abs, through which we've coached people all over the world. As a result, our team is geographically diverse, From Raleigh to Toronto, to Memphis, to Southern California, to Atlanta.

Coach Be is a certified nutrition coach and strength training coach who is dedicated to helping people achieve their best body while fostering greater health. He has counseled numerous teams, clubs and organizations on nutrition and optimum health and performance.
Donovan retired from the Army as a Captain after 22 years of service. He’s designed group fitness programs for Soldiers since 1995, with a focus on building multi-faceted capabilities while minimizing injury risk. His specialty is programming for Tactical Athletes and First Responders.
Jada is a mom, occupational therapist, massage therapist, a certified perinatal yoga instructor (also RYT- 200), certified lactation counselor, and an integrative nutrition counselor.
Mia is a Strength and Conditioning specialist, Precision Nutrition coach, and certified in pre-natal and post-partum program design. As a women’s empowerment coach she specializes in helping people achieve their top potential and build the body that houses the hero(ine), within. She is a current Raw Powerlifting competitor and a WBFF diva fitness world finalist.
